1. Reservations & Booking Policy
- All bookings require a valid credit card and are subject to availability.
- Reservation terms, including deposit and cancellation policy, are detailed at checkout.
- Changes to bookings must be made in accordance with your confirmation email terms.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
3. Payments & Fees
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.
- Incidental charges and property damage may be charged to your credit card post-checkout.
4. Conduct & Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with all property rules. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
- The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen property unless placed in designated safes.

6. Liability Disclaimer
