Our third venue is our premier, free-standing waterfront event space which spans over over 4,000 square feet of Gulf front indoor space and accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dining and can be divided into two smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings.
The crown jewel of the venue is its 84-foot open-air Sunset Terrace veranda, which runs the entire length of the ballroom. It offers guests panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, making it a spectacular backdrop for sunset cocktail hours and coastal celebrations.
